孙子之“势”与新时代塑造态势遏制战争

Sun Zi's"Situation"and Shaping Situation and Containing War

“势”是孙子的作战之魂、制胜之道。孙子论“势”要素有三,一是审时度势,二是示形造势,三是择人任势。本文借孙子之势解读新时代“塑造态势、管控战争、遏制战争、打赢战争”战略,提出塑造“道天地将法”优势,坚定先进社会制度下“道胜”信念;塑造“自保而全胜”态势,坚定贯彻“积极防御”作战理念;塑造“非利不动,非得不用,非危不战”态势,最大限度管控军事危机;塑造“恃吾有以待”态势,下功夫提高战争和作战“先胜”能力;塑造“上下同欲者胜”态势,以新时代的人民战争遏制侵略战争。
