摘要
目的:探索留学生临床实习阶段教学中存在的不足之处,寻找行之有效的改进策略。方法:采用内容分析法,选取10名临床实习的留学生进行半结构访谈,对访谈资料整理汇总提取关键信息,并分析蕴涵的问题,以期寻求最佳的解决路径。结果:被访留学生表示,目前存在临床上沟通能力弱,操作机会较少,岗位胜任力有待提高等问题。这需要院校联合培养,增强动手能力,提高岗位胜任力。结论:留学生的培养体系中应增加实践课的课时和比例,同时临床实习中应为他们提供足够的操作机会,包括模拟操作和实际操作。这就需要以政策为上层保障,以院校为主体,以岗位胜任力为出发点,以能力塑造为目标的多方联动、相互认可的培养模式,促进医教协同,提升留学生人才培养成效。
Objective:To explore the deficiencies in clinical practice teaching for foreign students and find effective improvement strategies.Methods:By means of content analysis,10 international students who were in our hospital for clinical practice were selected to conduct semi-structured interview,collect and summarize the interview data to extract key information,and analyze the underlying problems,so as to find the best solution.Results:According to the interviewed foreign students,there were some problems,such as weak clinical communication ability,few operational opportunities,and post competence should be improved.The teachers need to strengthen the alliance between hospitals and university,improve students’practical ability and improve their post competence.Conclusion:In the training system for foreign students,the number and proportion of practical classes should be increased,and they should have enough operation opportunities in clinical practice,including both simulation and actual operations.Therefore,the multi-linkage and mutual recognition training mode with policy as the upper guarantee,colleges as the main body,post competence as the starting point,and ability shaping as the goal,so as to promote the collaboration between hospital and school and improve the effect of foreign students training.
