摘要
为了解决用户点餐时推荐菜品不准确的情况,设计面向移动终端网络的在线快餐智能推荐系统。在系统整体结构中,数据层将用户信息和菜品信息传递到应用层,应用层综合用户历史点餐记录和历史评价结果,使用协同滤波算法构建评分矩阵,通过评分矩阵结合修正余弦相似度计算方法获得相似度,根据相似度计算得到最终的推荐结果,通过移动终端网络通信模型将推荐结果传输到终端层,经移动设备将推荐结果呈现给用户。经实验验证,该系统在向用户推荐菜品时具有较高的准确性,而且推荐时能够覆盖大部分菜单,同时将新菜品推荐给符合偏好的用户,具有较高的覆盖率和新颖度,且系统响应时间较快、性能良好。
An online fast food intelligent recommendation system utilizing mobile terminal network is designed to deal with the inaccurate recommendation made for users.In the overall structure of the system,the user information and dish information are transmitted from the data layer to the application layer,and the users′historical ordering records and historical evaluation results are integrated in the application layer by means of the collaborative filtering algorithm to construct the scoring matrix,which is combined with the calculation method of correcting the cosine similarity to obtain the similarity.According to the similarity calculation,the final recommendation results are obtained,which are transmitted to the terminal layer by the mobile terminal network communication model and presented to users by the mobile device.The experimental results show that the system has accurate recommendation and can cover most of the menus when recommending dishes.At the same time,it can recommend new dishes which meet the users′preferences.The system is of high coverage,novel recommendation content,short response time and good performance.
