基于FastICA算法的网络入侵异常信号检测系统设计 被引量:4

摘要 为解决传统网络异常信号检测系统存在信号检测准确率差、检测用时较长等问题,提出基于FastICA算法的网络入侵异常信号检测系统设计。系统硬件部分分为三个模块,在系统信号接收模块中,采用INOVONICS 635远程信号监测接收器,将无线电音频或有线音频发送到任何计算机,并辅助系统监测功能,达到信号数据预处理;在信号传输模块中,不断拓展信号传输通道,选择TL信号传输电缆强化信号传输性能,追踪信号状态,实现信号实时监管;系统软件部分主要引入FastICA算法提取网络异常信号以及异常信号特征,从而完成网络入侵异常信号的检测。实验结果表明,该系统对网络入侵异常信号检测能力较强,且工作效率较高。 Since the traditional network abnormal signal detection system has poor signal detection accuracy and long detection time,a design of network intrusion abnormal signal detection system based on FastICA(fast independent component analysis)algorithm is proposed.The hardware of the system is divided into three modules.In the signal receiving module,remote signal monitoring receiver INOVONICS 635 is adopted to send wireless audio or wired audio to any computers,and assist the system monitoring function to achieve signal data preprocessing.In the signal transmission module,the signal transmission channel is expanded continuously,and the signal transmission cable TL is selected to strengthen signal transmission performance,track signal status and supervise signals in real time.In terms of the system software,FastICA algorithm is introduced to extract network abnormal signals and abnormal signal characteristics,so as to complete the detection of network intrusion abnormal signals.The experimental results show that the proposed system has a strong ability to detect network intrusion abnormal signals and has high working efficiency.
