摘要 师生关系是高校研究团队的核心内容,创新时代下新型师生关系强调师生关系的经济性、伦理性和创新性。文章围绕新型师生关系的特征,从经济性和伦理性提出了一套新型师生关系度量的指标体系,以问卷调查形式考察了导师和研究生群体、不同学生类型以及不同性别之间对目前师生关系的认识和感受,发现学术创新认同是师生关系最坚实的基础,师生关系较大分歧在于对对方的认识,并且集中在情感和创新价值上,而非经济方面;博硕研究生均对师生关系的学术创新认同度高,但是博士对师生关系的认识更加理性;男性与女性的差别集中在自我与外界的差异。基于此提出了建设新型师生关系的基本原则。 The teacher-student relationship is the core element of university research team.The new teacher-student relationship in the innovation era emphasizes the economy,ethics and innovation of teacher-student relationship.Focusing on the new characteristics of the relationship between teachers and students,from the economic and ethical,this paper puts forward a new index system for measuring the degree of relationship between teachers and students in the form of a questionnaire survey to investigate the tutors and graduate students groups concerning understanding and feeling between different types and different genders of students.The result shows that academic innovation identity is the most solid foundation in the relationship between teachers and students,and the major difference in the relationship between teachers and students lies in the understanding of each other,and focuses on the emotional and innovation value,rather than economic aspects.Postgraduate students have a high degree of recognition for the academic innovation of teacher-student relationship,while doctoral students have a more rational understanding of teacher-student relationship.The difference between the male and the female centers on the recognition of the self and the outside world.Based on the analysis,the paper put forward the basic principles of constructing new teacher-student relationship.
