我国博士生教育研究现状与进展——基于CNKI1130篇文献的知识图谱分析

The Research Status and Progress of China Doctoral Education:Mapping Knowledge Analysis of 1130 Documents in CNKI

作为学历教育的最高层次,博士生教育关乎国家的竞争力和创新能力。对CNKI数据库“博士生教育”主题下的1130篇文献进行文献计量学分析后发现:我国博士生教育研究经历了起步、成长和快速发展三个阶段;研究焦点从最初的对博士生教育问题的思考向博士生培养模式、培养质量、创新能力及美英等国家的博士生教育等内容拓展;研究类型从对策性研究发展为对策研究和实证研究并存;高产作者有沈文钦、罗英姿、赵世奎等,三位同时是3个核心团队的主要作者;发文机构主要集中在京津地区、江浙沪地区和湖北武汉。未来我国博士生教育研究可进一步结合院校、学科特点和发展情况,针对性地探讨博士生教育改革问题,借助科学研究方法增强研究的科学性和严谨性,为丰富博士生教育理论和指导实践贡献更大力量。

As the highest level of academic education,doctoral education is related to a country’s competitiveness and innovation ability.In order to understand the current situation of doctoral education research in China,this paper makes a literature econometric analysis of 1130 journal articles under the theme of"doctoral education"in CNKI database and finds that:China’s doctoral education research has experienced three stages:initial stage,growth stage and rapid development stage.The research focus is from the initial overall consideration on the problem of doctoral education to the deepening and expansion of specific research contents such as doctoral training modes,training quality,innovation ability and doctoral education in the United States,Britain,and then developing into countermeasure research and empirical research.There are three leading authors of three core teams at the same time,and the authors are mainly concentrated in the Beijing-Tianjin region,Zhejiang-Shanghai region and Wuhan in Hubei Province.In the future,doctoral education in China can further consider the characteristics and development of different institutions and disciplines to explore the problem of doctoral education reform,enhance the scientific nature and rigor of research by means of scientific research methods,and contribute more to enriching the theory and guiding practice of doctoral education.
