摘要
目的:借助中医传承辅助系统(V2.5),探讨张大伟教授治疗先兆流产的用药规律。方法:收集张大伟教授2016年12月至2018年12月在河南中医药大学第三附属医院妇科门诊治疗先兆流产的相关处方。通过“中医传承辅助平台”软件,对录入数据进行挖掘分析,从药物频次、核心药物、药对配伍、基本方等为观察点入手,挖掘出张大伟教授治疗先兆流产的用药规律。结果:对筛选出的164张处方进行药物频次分析,发现方剂中使用前十位的药物依次是甘草、茯苓、金银花、紫苏梗、蒲公英、山萸肉、续断、山药、黄芩、知母;通过用药模式分析,调整支持度>50%,置信度设为0.9,得到123组核心药物组合及11味药物。利用复杂系统熵聚类分析得出6个潜在药物组合;依据无监督的熵层次聚类方法,得到候选新方3首。结论:张大伟教授治疗先兆流产常以“清热”为主,辅以“理气、健脾、补肾”,切合“热、滞、虚”的病因。
Objective:To discuss professor Zhang Dawei's medication rules of treating threatened abortion via traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(TCMISS V2.5).Methods:After collecting professor Zhang Dawei's prescription of treating threatened abortion in the gynecological outpatient of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2016 to December 2018,the data was analyzed to unearth professor Zhang Dawei's medication rules of treating threatened abortion through TCMISS from drug frequency,core drug,the compatibility of drug pair,basic prescription and others as the observation points.Results:The drug frequency analysis of 164 selected prescriptions showed that the top ten drugs used in the prescriptions are Gancao(Radix glycyrrhiza),Fuling(Indian buead),Jinyinhua(honeysuckle flower),Zisugeng(caulis perillae),Pugongying(Dandelion),Shanyurou(common macrocarpium fruit),Xuduan(himalayan teasel root),Shanyao(Chinese yam),Huangqin(Baical Skullcap Root)and Zhimu(Rhizoma Anemarrhenae)successively;according to the analysis of drug use pattern,123 core drug combinations and 11 drugs were obtained by adjusting the support degree>50%and the confidence degree to 0.9.Six potential drug combinations were obtained by entropy clustering analysis of complex system,and three candidate new prescriptions were obtained by unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering method.Conclusion:Professor Zhang Dawei often treats threatened abortion by"clearing away heat",supplemented by"regulating Qi,strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney",which is in line with the etiology of"heat,stagnation and deficiency".
