摘要
为了改善传统锂离子电池中的烯烃隔膜熔点低、电解液的亲和性差、孔隙率低等缺陷,采用无黏合剂法将50 nm氧化锆与200 nm PVDF-HFP有机微球涂覆于PET无纺布表面,制备得到ZPP隔膜,对隔膜进行了热稳定性测试和润湿性测试,并采用扣式电池充放电技术测试了ZPP隔膜的电化学性能,测试效果良好。
In order to improve the defects of low melting point of olefin separator,poor electrolyte affinity and low porosity in traditional lithium ion batteries.ZPP diaphragm is prepared by coating 50 nm zirconia and 200 nm PVDF-HFP organic microspheres on PET nonwovens by adhesive-free method.The thermal stability and wettability of the diaphragm are tested.The electrochemical performance of ZPP separator is tested by charge-discharge technology of button battery.
