填充轻聚合物的轻钢结构墙体轴压性能数值分析 被引量:4

摘要 为研究填充轻聚合物的轻钢结构墙体的轴压性能和破坏机理,文章建立了填充轻聚合物的轻钢结构墙体有限元分析模型,明确了材料关系模型和复杂接触模型,进行了结构非线性有限元分析;与试验结果对比,验证了有限元建模的准确性;对面板类型、面板厚度、立柱自攻螺钉间距等参数进行分析,研究其对填充轻聚合物的轻钢结构墙体轴压性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,填充轻聚合物的轻钢结构墙体轴压承载力和轴压刚度的主要影响因素为面板类型、面板厚度及立柱自攻螺钉间距。研究成果可以为填充轻聚合物的轻钢结构墙体设计与计算提供科学依据。 In order to explore the axial compressive behavior and failure mechanism of the cold-formed thin-walled steel(CFS)composite wall sprayed with light polymer material(LPM),the finite element analysis model of CFS composite wall sprayed with LPM was established.Following this,the complex contact of wall components was considered and the nonlinear finite element analysis of the structure was made.The experimental results verified the accuracy of the finite element analysis model.In addition,the parameters of panel type,panel thickness and self-tapping screw spacing of the wall studs were analyzed,and the effect on the axial compressive behavior of this type of composite wall was obtained.The results showed that the panel type,panel thickness and self-tapping screw spacing of studs were the main factors affecting the axial bearing capacity and axial stiffness of CFS composite wall sprayed with LPM.The research results in this paper can provide scientific basis for the design and calculation of CFS composite wall sprayed with LPM.
