新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下医院实习护士的护理管理策略

Nursing management strategies of hospital practice nurses under the outbreak of corona virus disease

新型冠状病毒肺炎暴发期间,在全国各地陆续进入重大突发公共卫生事件一级防御状态下,我院积极响应国家号召,对2019年2月—2020年3月于我院实习的400名护生进行管理和疏导。文章从实习生应急管理、疫情防控、学生身体状况和心理状况、疫情相关知识宣教、学生理论操作学习及考核等方面对我院在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下实习护士的护理管理工作进行经验总结,以期为各位同行提供一定参考。

During the outbreak of COVID-19,under the first-level defense state of major public health emergencies in various parts of the country, in response to the call of the state, our hospital managed and guided 400 nursing students who practiced in our hospital from February 2019 to March 2020.This paper summarizes the nursing management experience of the trainee nurses in our hospital under the outbreak of corona virus disease from the aspects of emergency management of interns, epidemic prevention and control, students’ physical and psychological conditions, epidemic publicity, students’ theoretical learning and assessment, so as to provide some reference for colleagues.
