双定子实心转子盘式异步飞轮电机新型等效电路模型分析

摘要 双定子实心转子盘式异步飞轮电机具有可高速运行、可靠性高、结构简单、成本低等优点,可作为低成本的飞轮储能系统中电动/发电机用。该电机的等效电路模型与参数对于性能分析、推导控制策略至关重要。针对该电机的结构特点,根据实心转子内磁场分布规律,采用分环分层法以及表面阻抗理论推导了一种新型等效电路模型,该新型等效电路模型相比于传统T型等效电路模型,考虑了双定子绕组间耦合关系对性能的影响,具有更高的精确度。设计了一台5kW,7100r/min的原理样机,验证所提新型等效电路模型的正确性与有效性。 Dual stator solid rotor axial flux induction motor(DSSRAFIM)can offer the advantages of high-speed operation,high reliability,simple structure,low cost.It is applied as a motor/generator in a low-cost flywheel energy storage system(FESS).The equivalent circuit model is effective to predict the operation performance and derive the control strategy of DSSRAFIM.Based on the structural features and the electromagnetic field distribution(EFD)in solid rotor,an improved equivalent circuit model was derived by the multi-slice and multi-layer method and surface impedance theory.It considerd the coupling relationship between upper and lower stator windings,compared with the traditional T-type equivalent circuit model.A 5kW,7100r/min prototype was designed,and its performances were analyzed.The results show that the improved equivalent circuit model can predict the performances of DSSRAFIM accurately.
