摘要
通过6-甲氧基-2-萘甲醛和2-甲基喹啉磺酸盐缩合反应,合成了一种具有红光发射特性的荧光探针(E)-3-(2-(2-(6-甲氧基萘-2-烃基)乙烯基)喹啉-1-烃基)丙烷-1-磺酸盐(L),并利用核磁共振、红外光谱和质谱对化合物进行了表征。在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,探针L对HSO_(3)^(-)具有较高的识别选择性和检测灵敏度,且不受其他阴离子的干扰,检测限为1.59μmol/L。运用核磁共振氢谱和质谱进一步研究了探针L响应HSO_(3)^(-)的机理。
In this paper,a fluorescent probe(E)-3-(2-(2-6-methoxynaphthalen-2-yl)vinyl)quinolin-1-ium-yl propane-1-sulfonate(L)with red emission was synthesized by the condensation of 6-methoxyl-2-naphthalene formaldehyde and 2-methyl quinoline sulfonate,and the probe was fully characterized by NMR,IR and MS spectra.The results showed that probe L has high selectivity and sensitivity to HSO_(3)^(-) in PBS buffer,which is not interfered by other anions.The detection limit was calculated to be 1.59μmol/L.The possible detection sensing mechanism of L toward HSO_(3)^(-) was confirmed by 1 H NMR and MS spectra.In addition,the detection of HSO-3in various water samples indicated the potential application of probe L.
