摘要
泰州石化原油罐区油罐原设计采用0.8 MPa蒸气作为加热源,由于原油罐供常减压装置生产罐温控制指标为40~60 ℃,水击风险大,加热盘管频繁出现漏点,维护成本高、难度大,造成罐区巨大的能耗浪费。公司原有的酮苯脱油脱蜡联合装置,外购梅兰热电的中压蒸气,经装置取热后的乏汽压力仍在0.3 MPa左右,未完全利用,开展系统的节能技术改造势在必行。
The original design of Taizhou Petrochemical crude oil tank farm used 0.8 MPa steam as heating source.As the crude oil tank for atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit production tank temperature control index is 40~60℃,the risk of water hammer is high,there are frequent leakage points in heating coil,maintenance costs are high and difficult,resulting in huge energy waste in the tank farm.The company’s original ketone-benzene deoiling and dewaxing unit,purchased from Meilan cogeneration medium-pressure steam,the exhausted steam pressure after heat removal is still about 0.3 MPa.It is imperative to reform the energy-saving technology of the system before it is fully utilized.
