摘要
系统设计是针对港口配电室的各路负荷的电参量、开关量、应急电源进行集中智能切换及监控。实现了对电力系统进行远程实时监控,改造后供配电监控系统能实现无人值守目的,能实现因外电网停电后,能及时智能切换启动应急电源投入使用,确保电站供电能持续正常运行;上位机监控系统采用FameView组态和手机APP云平台访问,能监控系统的各项电力参数。下位控制系统采用S7-200 smart PLC和多功能电表对各路的断路器电操执行机构智能化控制。
The system design is for the port power distribution room of the various loads of the electrical ginseng,switching volume,emergency power supply for centralized intelligent switching and monitoring.This paper realizes the remote real-time monitoring of the power system,after the transformation of the power distribution monitoring system can achieve the goal of unattended,can achieve the external power grid power failure,can be timely and intelligent switch to start emergency power supply put into use,to ensure that the power supply of the power station can continue to run normally.The lower control system uses the S7-200 smart PLC and the multi-function meter to intelligently control the circuit breaker electrical operation mechanism of each circuit.
