基于MQTT的布草洗涤管理系统

Linen Washing Management System Based on MQTT

针对洗涤行业对酒店、医院使用的布草的洗涤任务交接、管理混乱、交叉感染等问题,设计基于MQTT的布草管理系统,该系统采用采用北斗模块获取经纬度信息,定位具体设备存在位置,通过RFID射频技术,对布草的回收运送、交接、出入库分拣打包、库存盘点、预警提示等各个作业环节的数据进行自动化实时采集,系统主要功能借助于云平台服务器、Web服务器和微信平台应用程序,嵌入式设备采用STM32作为主控芯片,采用4G通信传输方式,按照MQTT协议对数据进行打包,将采集数据实时上传至后台服务器系统。后台对上传数据进行处理,自动统计生成业务订单、资产、库存等数据报表信息,实现布草洗涤管理全程可视化,该设计不仅为企业的科学管理提供实时的数据支持,也对基于MQTT的布草管理应用和研究提供进一步推广。

Aiming at the problems of washing task handover,management confusion and cross infection of linen used in hotels and hospitals in the washing industry,this paper designs a linen management system based on MQTT.The system uses Beidou module to obtain longitude and latitude information,locate the location of specific equipment,and through RFID radio frequency technology,it can collect and transport,hand over,sort,pack and inventory the linen The main functions of the system are cloud platform server,web server and wechat platform application program.The embedded device uses STM32 as the main control chip,uses 4G communication transmission mode,and packages the data according to MQTT protocol,and uploads the collected data to the background server system in real time.The backstage processes the uploaded data,automatically generates business orders,assets,inventory and other data report information.
