摘要 针对火场危险环境下火源搜寻难度大、人员伤亡程度高及灭火效率低的问题,设计了一种基于单片机控制的自动循迹避障灭火智能小车。小车以STC89C52单片机为控制核心,分别采用红外对管和超声波传感器实现自动循迹和避障,采用直流电机作为运行驱动,采用火焰传感器与直流风扇模拟灭火。另外,小车还搭载了测速模块、显示模块、报警模块、通信模块等,对小车运行状态和参数进行实时采集、显示和控制。经设计调试,小车完全能够满足火场环境下自动循迹、避障及精准灭火等功能要求,且操作简单、响应迅速,运行稳定可靠,具有较高的实用性和推广价值。 In order to solve the problems of high difficulty in fire source searching,high degree of casualties and low fire-fighting efficiency in the dangerous environment of fire site,a smart car of automatic tracking,obstacle avoidance and fire-fighting based on single chip microcomputer control is designed in this paper.The car takes STC89C52 microcontroller as the control core,use infrared matching tube and ultrasonic sensor to realize automatic tracking and obstacle avoidance respectively,use DC motor as the run drive,and use flame sensor and DC fan to simulate fire fighting.In addition,the car is also equipped with speed measurement module,display module,alarm module,communication module and etc,which is used for real-time acquisition,display and control of the running state and parameters of the car.After design and debugging,the car can fully meet the requirements of function of automatic tracking,obstacle avoidance,accurate fire fighting and etc under the fire site,which operate simply,respond fast,run stably and reliably,and has the high practicability and promotion value.
