摘要
黑画面漏光也叫L0漏光,其存在原因是当面板受外力形变时,彩膜基板、液晶层、TFT玻璃基板均发生形变。当自然光经过下偏光片的线偏振光在TFT基板、液晶层、CF基板发生双折射,从而引起L0漏光。基于现有的机器视觉、电子技术,提出了一款用于解决窄长型车载液晶屏黑画面漏光问题的智能装备,它一是能够模拟施加在液晶屏上的各种胶水力、不同位置的设备;二是能够检测出L0漏光的检测设备;三是能够对生产好的车载液晶屏模拟车载液晶屏常见的抖动,从而研究不同频率、幅度下的L0漏光改变的效果,可用于研究不同类型窄长型车载液晶屏生产和使用过程中,用胶最优用量、紧固件的最优位置。
Black screen light leakage is also called l0 light leakage.The reason is that when the panel is deformed by external force,the color film substrate,liquid crystal layer and TFT glass substrate are deformed.When the natural light passes through the lower polarizer,the linearly polarized light is birefringent on the TFT substrate,the liquid crystal layer and the CF substrate,resulting in l0 light leakage.Based on the existing machine vision and electronic technology,this paper proposes an intelligent device to solve the problem of light leakage in the black screen of narrow and long vehicle LCD screen.It can simulate various glue forces applied on the LCD screen and devices in different positions;it can detect the light leakage of l0.It can simulate the common light leakage of vehicle LCD screen so as to study the effect of l0 light leakage change under different frequency and amplitude.In this way,it can be used to study the optimal amount of glue and the optimal position of fasteners in the production and use of different types of narrow and long vehicle LCD.
