针对城轨车辆转向架齿轮箱检修工艺进行了研究分析,重点针对齿轮箱检修中的总体要求与作业流程、检修设备的需求、各级检修内容、作业标准进行研究,并提出了检修工艺的优化方案,为城轨车辆齿轮箱检修作业提供了借鉴,提升了检修效率与质量,具有实际推广应用价值。

This paper studies and analyzes the maintenance technology of the gearbox of urban rail vehicle bogies.Focus on the research on the overall requirements and operating procedures of the gearbox overhaul,the requirements for overhaul equipment,as well as the overhaul content,operation methods and operating standards at all levels,and puts forward the optimization plan of the maintenance process,which provides a reference for the maintenance of the gearbox of urban rail vehicles,improves the efficiency and quality of the maintenance,and has practical application value.
