公立医院劳务派遣用工模式存在的问题与对策研究 被引量:4

摘要 近年来,劳务派遣用工模式已逐渐成为公立医院重要的用工模式之一,但其也存在整体素质不高、缺乏晋升通道、收入差距较大、人员流动性大等问题。该文以安徽省某公立医院劳务派遣用工模式的发展历程和现况为例,分析公立医院劳务派遣用工模式的优势以及存在的问题,并探讨完善公立医院劳务派遣用工模式的对策,以期为进一步改进公立医院劳务派遣工作提供一定的借鉴。 In recent years,the labor dispatch employment mode has gradually become one of the important employment modes in public hospitals.However,there are also problems such as low overall quality,lack of promotion channels,large income gaps,and high turnover of personnel.This article will take the development history and current situation of the labor dispatch employment model of a public hospital in Anhui Province as an example,analyze the advantages and existing problems of the labor dispatch employment model of public hospitals,and explore the countermeasures to improve the labor dispatch employment model of public hospitals.It is expected to provide a certain reference for further improving the labor dispatch work of public hospitals.
