摘要
目的:观察醒神益智针法治疗脑性瘫痪认知障碍的临床疗效。方法:将60例脑性瘫痪认知障碍患儿随机分成对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组患儿运用常规康复治疗,观察组患儿加用醒神益智针法,治疗3个疗程后观察治疗前后粗大运动功能、认知功能的改善情况及疗效。结果:观察组患儿运动功能、认知功能的改善情况及有效率均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒神益智针法联合康复训练更有利于治疗脑性瘫痪认知障碍。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Xingshen Yizhi acupuncture for cerebral palsy with cognitive impairment.Method:60 patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,35 cases in each group.The observation group was intervened by Xingshen Yizhi acupuncture plus rehabilitation training,while the control group was by rehabilitation alone.The improvement of gross motor function,cognitive function and therapeutic efficacy were evaluated after 3 treatment courses.Result:The improvement of gross motor function,cognitive function and effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingshen Yizhi acupuncture plus rehabilitation training can produce a more significant efficacy than rehabilitation alone in treating cerebral palsy with cognitive impairment.
