阿帕替尼联合替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌疗效观察

Curative effects of apatinib mesylate tablets plus S1 in treating advanced gastric cancer (AGC)

目的:观察探究阿帕替尼联合替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌总体疗效。方法:择取医院诊治的晚期胃癌病患70例,按随机数字法分为两组,实验组35例患者应用阿帕替尼联合替吉奥治疗,对照组35例患者应用奥沙利铂和替吉奥治疗治疗,观察分析组间临床治疗效果、不良反应发生情况和治疗前生活质量改善情况,结果:实验组患者病情缓解和控制有效率分别为40.00%、82.86%,均显著高于对照组的14.29%和51.43%(P<0.05);实验组患者严重不良反应发生率(11.43%)略高于对照组(8.57%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);生活质量组间治疗前评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组患者治疗后生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在晚期胃癌的治疗中应用阿帕替尼联合替吉奥疗效确切,有利于缓解或控制病情进展,使其生活质量得以提升,并且不会增加毒副作用,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective:To observe and explore the overall efficacy of apatinib combined with tegafur in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods:70 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into experimental group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).The clinical effect,adverse reactions and quality of life before treatment were observed and analyzed.Results:the effective rates of remission and control in the experimental group were 40.00%and 82.86%respectively,which were significantly higher than 14.29%and 51.43%in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of serious adverse reactions in the experimental group was 11.43%,which was slightly higher than 8.57%in the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in the score of quality of life between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the quality of life in the experimental group after treatment was evaluated The score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer,the application of apatinib combined with tegafur has definite curative effect,which is conducive to alleviate or control the progress of the disease,improve the quality of life,and will not increase the toxic and side effects,so it is worthy of wide clinical application.
