多模式综合护理对糖尿病足患者并发症及复发率的影响

Effect of multi-mode comprehensive nursing on complications and recurrence rate of diabetic foot patients

目的:探讨多模式综合护理对糖尿病足患者并发症及复发率的影响。方法:选取医院收治的100例糖尿病足患者,用随机抽签法分组,每组50例,研究组采用多模式综合护理措施对糖尿病足患者进行为期一年的综合护理;对照组患者进行为期1年的常规护理措施,跟踪随访患者1年,回顾分析并对比两组患者足部损伤率,创面愈合复发及再发率,创面感染率。结果:研究组患者足部损伤发生7例,糖尿病足复发1例,足部感染1例;对照组患者足部损伤发生18例,糖尿病足复发12例,足部感染8例;对两组患者足部损伤发生率、复发率及感染率做卡方检验,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多模式综合护理可以减低糖尿病足患者复发率及并发症发生率,改善了患者的生活质量,改善糖尿病足的转归。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of multimodal comprehensive nursing on complications and recurrence rate of diabetic foot patients.Methods:100 patients with diabetic foot in hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The study group was treated with multi-mode comprehensive nursing measures for diabetic foot patients for one year.Patients in the control group received routine nursing for one year.The patients were followed up for one year.The rate of foot injury,recurrence and recurrence of wound healing,and wound infection rate were retrospectively analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:There were 7 cases of foot injury,1 case of diabetic foot recurrence and 1 case of foot infection in the study group.In the control group,there were 18 cases of foot injury,12 cases of recurrence of diabetic foot,and 8 cases of foot infection;The incidence of foot injury,recurrence rate and infection rate of the two groups were tested by chi-square test,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-mode comprehensive nursing can reduce the recurrence rate and complication rate of diabetic foot patients,improve the quality of life of patients and improve the outcome of diabetic foot.
