托吡司特原料中的溶剂残留测定

摘要 目的:建立一种同时测定托吡司特原料中8种残留溶剂的气相色谱法。方法:采用DB-624色谱柱,程序升温,进样口温度240℃,FID检测器,检测器温度260℃,直接进样,进样量1 μL.结果:8种溶剂都能达到良好分离,线性关系良好,回收率均在92.6%~105.9%。结论:该方法灵敏度高、专属性强,快速准确,适用于托吡司特原料中残留溶剂的测定。 Objective:To establish a gas chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of 8 residual solvents in topiroxostat.Methods:The DB-624 chromatographic column was used with temperature program.The inlet temperature was 240℃,Flame ionization detector was used with the temperature of 260℃.And direct injection was used,the volume of injection was 1 μl.Results:The 8 organic solvents were well resolved,the linear relations were good,the recovery rates were 92.6%-105.9%.Conclusion:The method is highly sensitive,specific,rapid and accurate,which is suitable for the determination of residual solvents in topiroxostat.
