摘要 目的:了解多重耐药菌感染发生情况。方法:回顾性分析66株多重耐药菌监测资料,分析多重耐药菌种类,标本来源及科室分布,及干预措施执行结果。结果:居前3位的多重耐药菌依次是ESBLs大肠埃希菌(60.61%)、耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(16.67%)、ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌(9.09%)。检出标本居于前3位的是尿液(33.33%)、脓液(24.24%),痰液(16.67%)。多重耐药菌检出最多的科室是泌尿外科(22.73%)、其次是骨科(12.12%),外科(12.12%)、ICU(7.58%)。结论:多重耐药菌感染检出最多的科室是泌尿外科,菌株主要是ESBLs大肠埃希菌和耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌,检出标本主要尿液,防控措施是严格消毒隔离和合理使用抗菌药物,减少交叉感染的发生。 Objective:Toanalyze the infections of multiple drug resistant organism(MDRO).Methods;Kinds and origin of 66 strains of MDRO,distribution of department and the results of interventions measures,which were checked,were retrospectively analyzed.Results:ESBLs Escherichia coli(60.61%),methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA,16.67%),ESBLs Klebsiella pneumonia(9.09%)and the urine(33.33%),pus(24.24%),sputum(16.67%)were the top three MDROs and specimens,respectively.Meanwhile,the most incidence of MDRO was in urology(22.73%),orthopedics(12.12%),surgery(12.12%)and ICU(7.58%)department.Conclusion:Urinespecimens,ESBLs Escherichia coli and MRSA strain were the main specimen origin of MDROs in urology departments.Using antimicrobial drugs rationally,strict sterilization and isolation were very important measurement to reduce cross infection.
