摘要
目的:探讨案例教学法在《内科学(循环系统疾病)》教学中的应用效果。方法:以某个大班170人临床医学专业学生为教学观察组,另外一个大班168人为教学对照组观察组教学采用案例教学法,对照组教学采用常规教学法,比较两组学生教学满意度和考试成绩。结果:观察组教学的课堂氛围、学习兴趣、教学满意度等教学效果评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组整体考试成绩优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:案例教学法能提高临床学生的学习兴趣,提高教学效率和教学质量,增加师生间教学交流,发散学生临床思维。
Objective:To explore the application effect of case teaching method in the teaching of Internal Medicine(Circulatory System Diseases).Methods:170 clinical medicine students in one big class were taken as the teachingobservation group,168 students in another big class were taken as the teaching control group.The case teaching method was used in the observation group,while the conventional teaching method was used in the control group.The teaching satisfaction and test scores of the two groups of students were compared.Results:The scores of classroom atmosphere,learning interest and teaching satisfaction in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Theoverall test scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Case teaching method can improve clinical students'learning interest,improve teaching efficiency and teaching quality,increase teaching communication between teachers and students,and diverge students'clinical thinking.
