眼科专科护士培训班学员自我效能感的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of self-efficacy of students in ophthalmology specialist nurse training class

目的:探讨眼科专科护士培训学员自我效能感的特点。方法:采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)及自制问卷,对60名眼科专科护士培训班学员进行心理测试,分析眼科专科护士培训班学员自我效能感特点。结果:眼科专科护士培训班学员一般自我效能感得分显著低于中国常模(P<0.01);中自我效能感(65.00%)和高自我效能感(26.67%)为主;已婚组、已生育组一般自我效能感得分显著高于未婚组、未生育组(P<0.01);单位性质、文化程度、职称结构差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);5年以上工作年限组学员一般自我效能感显著高于5年以下组(P<0.01)。结论:眼科专科护士培训班学员以中、高自我效能感为主,一般自我效能得分与工作年限呈正比。重视眼科专科培训学员一般自我效能特点,促进其心理健康。

Objective:To explore the characteristics of self-efficacy of ophthalmic nurse trainees.Methods:the general self-efficacy scale (GSEs) and self-made questionnaire were used to test the psychological status of 60 students in the training class of ophthalmic specialist nurses,and the characteristics of self-efficacy were analyzed.Result:The results showed that the general self-efficacy score of Ophthalmology specialist nurses training class was significantly lower than that of Chinese norm (P<0.01);39 students (65.00%) had medium self-efficacy and 16 (26.67%) had high self-efficacy;the general self-efficacy scores of married group and childbearing group were significantly higher than those of unmarried group and non fertility group (P<0.01);there was no significant difference in unit nature,education level and professional title structure The general self-efficacy of the group with more than 5 years working experience was significantly higher than that of the group under 5 years (P<0.01).Conclusion:the students of Ophthalmology specialist nurse training class are mainly middle and high self-efficacy.The score of general self-efficacy is directly proportional to the working years.Pay attention to the general self-efficacy characteristics of ophthalmology training students,and promote their mental health.
