The world is undergoing great changes unseen in a century.As the bridgehead of ideological construction,college should be fully aware of the change of the old mode.This paper discusses the causes of psychological problems of medical students under the new situation from the perspective of medical part-time head teachers at colleges,optimizing teaching methods,attaching importance to medical ethics education,and carrying out psychological first aid under crisis events to ensure the correct guidance of medical students'thoughts and values.
