By comparing and analyzing the data of early employment contract progress between classified college students and unified enrollment college students,it is found that the former is slow in signing contracts,which is mainly due to the characteristics of classified college students and the changes in the market demand of stomatology students.Classified college students lack of autonomous learning ability,weak mastery of professional knowledge,and in the employment concept;As people pay more attention to oral health care and orthodontics,there are moreand more private stomatological hospitals and private dental clinics in the market,and the demand for stomatological talents is increasing year by year.This phenomenon leads to the frequent job hopping and slow progress of signing contracts.Therefore,it is pressing to carry out employment guidance for classified college students.We must correct their self-awareness,recognize the market situation,focus on reality,not blindly follow the trend,actively respond to the national employment policy at the grass-roots level,and extend the concept of"going out"to"going down".
