Fairness and Justice:The Core Value Orientation and Realization Path of the Modernization of State Governance,From the Perspective of Evolution of the Principal Social Contradiction

公平正义作为一种价值准则和价值理念,是中国特色社会主义的内在要求,是国家治理现代化的核心价值取向。国家治理现代化是实现社会公平正义的重要途径,国家治理现代化与公平正义之间是内在统一的逻辑关系。公平正义作为国家治理现代化的核心价值取向,在社会主要矛盾转变视域下出现了新的特征。在推进国家治理现代化实现公平正义过程中,要坚持以人民为中心的立场,把实现人民根本利益放在首位;以发展为源动力,为实现社会公平正义奠定坚实物质基础;以共享发展为基本理念,不断实现共同富裕;以改革创新为助推剂,构建体现公平正义原则的制度和体制机制;坚持和完善中国特色社会主义法治体系,为实现公平正义提供有力保障;拓展国际视野,推动构建公平正义的国际关系。

Fairness and justice,as a value criterion and concept,is the inherent requirement for socialism with Chinese characteristics and the core value orientation for the modernization of state governance.The modernization of state governance is an important way to realize social fairness and justice and there is an internal unified logical relationship between the two.As the core value orientation of the modernization of state governance,fairness and justice display new characteristics from the perspective of evolution of the principal social contradiction.In the process of promoting the modernization of state governance and realizing fairness and justice,we should adhere to the people-centered position and put the realization of people’s fundamental interests in the first place;take development as the driving force to lay a solid material foundation for the realization of social fairness and justice;take shared development as the basic idea to continuously realize common prosperity;take the reform and innovation as the booster to construct the system and institutional mechanism that embody the principle of fairness and justice;uphold and improve the Socialist System of Laws with Chinese Characteristics to provide a strong guarantee for the realization of fairness and justice;and expand international vision to promote the construction of fair and just international relations.
