R290小冷量制冷压缩机的测试方法及性能比对研究 被引量:1

摘要 作为天然工质,R290因其优良的热力学性能在制冷剂替代过程中成为趋势之选,通过在不同压缩机标准测试工况条件下进行R290制冷压缩机性能试验,可知测试条件的变化对压缩机的制冷量及COP测试结果差异影响明显。研究在国标条件下40台R290压缩机性能分布特点,与现有R600a压缩机的分级进行比较,表明R290压缩机在性能等级上表现也相当优异。 As a natural medium, R290 has become the trend choice in the refrigerant substitution process because of its excellent thermodynamic performance. Through the performance test of R290 compressor under different standard test conditions, it can be seen that the change of test conditions has obvious influence on the difference of compressor refrigeration capacity and COP. The performance distribution characteristics of 40 R290 compressors under the national standard were studied. Compared with R600 a compressors, R290 compressor is also excellent in performance grade in performance grade.
