摘要
经过调质处理的某发动机SCM435钢连杆螺栓发生断裂。对断裂螺栓进行了硬度检测、金相检验和断口分析,以揭示其断裂的原因。结果表明:断裂螺栓硬度和显微组织符合要求,其断裂是由于装配不当而承受过载扭矩所致。
Connecting rod bolt of an engine,made from SCM435 steel and quenched and tempered,broke.The broken bolt was tested for hardness,microstructure and fracture pattern to identify the cause for its breaking.The results showed that the bolt had desirable hardness and microstructure,its breaking was attributed to undergoing overload torque due to fault in assembly.
