摘要 针对铝焊管行业没有统一的铝焊管管坯开料宽度规范的现状,在充分考虑铝管坯力学性能和焊接特性的基础上,分析了铝管坯在焊管成型、焊接和定径阶段的工艺余量消耗规律及其对管坯宽度的影响,结合经验开料宽度,建立了适合高频焊接铝管生产的管坯宽度数学模型,该模型经多家铝材制管企业应用证实,模型简单适用,完全满足圆形铝焊管生产需要。 In view of the current situation that there is no unified specification for the cutting width of aluminum welded pipe blank in the aluminum welded pipe industry,based on the full consideration of the mechanical properties and welding characteristics of aluminum pipe blank,the consumption law of process allowance of aluminum pipe blank in the forming,welding and sizing stages of welded pipe and its influence on the width of pipe blank are analyzed.Based on the cutting width of the material,a mathematical model of the width of the pipe blank suitable for the production of high frequency welding aluminum welded pipe is established.The model has been proved by several aluminum pipe enterprises,which is simple and applicable,and can meet the production needs of round aluminum welded pipe.
