摘要
为了满足某超宽规格高钢级管线钢板出口项目要求,通过优化成分设计及冶炼轧制工艺,采用UFC超快冷工艺开发了厚度19.7~22.2 mm、宽度4376 mm的超宽X70M管线钢板,并实现了稳定生产。对批量生产的钢板进行了力学性能试验,试验结果显示,钢板屈服强度均值552 MPa,抗拉强度均值646 MPa,屈强比均值0.85%,-30℃冲击功均值>300 J,-15℃DWTT剪切面积均值92%。研究表明,开发的4376 mm超宽X70M钢板满足制管要求。
In order to meet the requirements of an ultra-wide high grade pipeline steel plate export project,ultra-wide X70M pipeline steel plate with thickness of 19.7~22.2 mm and width of 4376 mm was developed by UFC ultra-fast cooling process through optimizing composition design and smelting rolling process,and stable production was realized.The results show that the average yield strength is 552 MPa,the average tensile strength is 646 MPa,the average yield strength ratio is 0.85%,the average impact energy at-30℃is more than 300 J,and the average shear area of DWTT at-15℃is 92%.The research shows that the developed 4376 mm ultra-wide X70M steel plate meets the requirements of pipe making.
