基于联产耦合模型下化工园区循环经济模式的构建--以四川为例

Construction of Circular Economy Model in Chemical Industry Park Based on Coupling Model of Co-production--Take Sichuan as an Example

梳理了目前化工园区循环经济模式及特征,结合四川化工产业评析后认为:四川化工面临新的时空背景,要以成渝双城经济圈为契机构建“飞地”园区,并借西部陆海新通道、一带一路等载体实现辐射国际大循环。以硅产业为例提出了联产耦合循环经济模式的化工园区设计方案,并重点分析了化工园区支撑系统的构建要义,以期为四川化工园区循环经济的发展提供借鉴。

Combing the current circular economy model and characteristics of chemical industry parks,combining with the analysis of Sichuan chemical industry,it is considered that Sichuan chemical industry is facing a new time and space background,and should take Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle as an opportunity to build an"enclave"park,and realize the international circulation of radiation by means of the western land-sea new channel and the belt and road initiative.Taking silicon industry as examples,this paper puts forward the design scheme of chemical industry park in the mode of coupled production and circular economy,and emphatically analyzes the construction essentials of supporting system of chemical industry park,in order to provide reference for the development of circular economy in Sichuan chemical industry park.
