摘要
脱镁叶绿素a是一种从高等植物和海藻中提取的化合物,具有抗菌、抗炎、抗病毒、抗氧化和抗肿瘤的药理作用;作为一种天然光敏剂,其与光动力疗法联用,对于多种肿瘤表现出良好的抑制效果。近年来,脱镁叶绿素a在癌症治疗方面的研究取得了重大进展,在抗前列腺癌方面表现出巨大的潜力。该文从脱镁叶绿素a结构特征、应用及抗前列腺癌作用机制方面进行简要综述。
Pheophorbide a is the compound extracted from higher plant and marine algae.It shows antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antiviral,antioxidant and anti-tumor effects.As a natural photosensitizer,pheophorbide a exhibits good inhibitory effect on a variety of tumors in combination with photodynamic therapy.In recent years,some great progresses have been made in cancer treatment,especially showing great potential in anti-prostate cancer.The structural characteristics,applications,and the mechanism of pheophorbide a-photodynamic therapy against prostate cancer are briefly reviewed in this paper.
