摘要
本文主要研究了一种超高强度钢帘线的应用,通过新型钢丝帘线2+2×0.32ST在带束层中的应用。测试将结果显示:带束层中应用2+2×0.32ST钢丝帘线(对比传统HT钢丝帘线相比),弯曲负荷、冲击力和疲劳强度更高,以之生产的成品轮胎耐久、高速等性能满足研发标准要求,滚动阻力降低,舒适性能提升,钢丝及胶料用量降低,节约成本,满足绿色、环保发展的需求。
This article mainly studies the application of an ultra-high-strength steel cord,and tests the application of the steel cord 2+2×0.32ST in the belt layer.The test results show that the application of 2+2×0.32ST steel cord in the belt layer(compared to the traditional HT steel cord)has higher bending load,impact force and fatigue strength.The durability and high-speed performance of the corresponding finished tires meet the requirements of R&D standards.The rolling resistance of the finished tire is reduced,the comfort performance is improved,the amount of steel wire and rubber material is reduced,the cost is saved,and the demand for green and environmental development is met.
