直裁卷取子母车工位设计及收卷控制应用

摘要 随着公司轮胎产能转移,一部分全钢轻卡胎转移至半钢成型机生产,因半钢小车与全钢小车尺寸不一致,直裁设备卷取工位需要重新设计一套转换小车用于匹配半钢小车使用。增加全钢和半钢卷取切换功能,优化卷取速度控制,保证直裁卷取质量,实现一机多用,减少设备投入成本。 With the transfer of tire production capacity of the company,some all-steel light truck tires are transferred to the semi-steel building machines.Because the size of semi-steel tire trolley is different from that of all-steel tire trolley,the coiling station of direct cutting equipment needs to redesign a set of transfer trolley to match the semi-steel tire trolley.This trolley increases the switching function of all-steel and semi-steel coiling,optimizes the coiling speed control,ensures the quality of direct cutting coiling,realizes multi-purpose of one machine,and reduces the equipment cost.
