药盒下盖模内热切注塑模设计

Design of in-mold hot cutting injection mould for the lower cover of drug box

文章对新兴注塑技术—模内热切做出了详细的阐明;针对药盒下盖产品,在分析塑件结构、成型方案及制品要求的基础上,提出了模内自动切除浇口的设计,浇口的自动化切除保证了制品的一致性及产品装配要求,同时提高了生产效率、降低了人工成本。该设计为同类注塑产品的设计及自动切除浇口的应用提供了一定的现实参考。

In this paper,the new technology of injection molding,in-mold hot cutting,is described in detail;On the basis of analyzing the structure of plastic parts,forming scheme and product requirements,this paper puts forward the design of automatic cutting gate in mold,which ensures the consistency of products and product assembly requirements,and improves the production efficiency and reduces the labor cost.The design provides a practical reference for the design of similar injection products and the application of automatic gate cutting.
