一种低低温省煤器泄漏检测技术

摘要 随着我国社会的持续发展,节能环保理念已深入人心,国家对于燃煤电厂污染物的排放提出了严格的要求标准,低低温省煤器因其节能效果显著,且对于电除尘收尘效率的提高有明显的辅助作用,现广泛应用于燃煤电厂中,但因其所处的烟气环境恶劣,运行后大量的低低温省煤器存在泄漏的问题,这就需要对于泄漏进行在线监测。本文提出了一种低低温省煤器泄漏检测的防法,并在工程应用中已使用。 With the continuous development of our society,the concept of energy saving and environmental protection has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.The country has put forward strict requirements for the emission of pollutants from coal-fired power plants.Lowtemperature economizers have significant energy-saving effects because of their significant energysaving effects,and they are very important for electric dust collection.The improvement of efficiency has an obvious auxiliary effect.It is now widely used in coal-fired power plants.However,due to the harsh flue gas environment,a large number of low-temperature economizers have leakage problems after operation,which requires online leakage monitor.This article proposes a lowtemperature economizer leak detection method,and has been used in engineering applications.
