关于机电系统状态监测与故障诊断的现代技术探讨 被引量:1

摘要 故障诊断对于机电系统的运行有着重要的意义,能够随时监测机电系统工作的状态。随着现代科技的不断发展,工业生产过程中会用到越来越多的机电设备,这些设备大多数处于生产加工环节。如果设备工作状态出现了异常,那么将会严重影响设备的生产质量,尤其对于精确加工设备而言,小小的误差可能就会造成产品的报废,这种情况会给企业的生产带来巨大的损失。而故障诊断系统的使用能够对设备的生产状态进行监测,当设备生产过程中机电系统出现问题,那么故障诊断系统将会及时发出警报,并且紧急停止工作。这样能够在最大程度上降低企业的生产损失。如今,故障诊断的研究已经较为成熟,并且随着人工智能技术的发展,越来越多的先进技术不断应用在故障诊断中,比如神经网络技术、深度学习技术等。本文针对故障诊断技术的发展和对于机电系统的意义进行了介绍,并针对故障诊断系统的关键技术进行了分析。 Fault diagnosis is of great significance for the operation of electromechanical system, whichcan monitor the working state of electromechanical system at any time. With the continuous developmentof modern science and technology, more and more mechanical and electrical equipment will be used inthe industrial production process, most of which are in the production and processing link. If theworking state of the equipment is abnormal, it will seriously affect the production quality of theequipment, especially for the precision processing equipment, small errors may cause the scrapping ofproducts, which will bring huge losses to the production of enterprises. The use of fault diagnosissystem can monitor the production status of the equipment. When there is a problem in the mechanicaland electrical system of the equipment production process, the fault diagnosis system will give analarm in time and stop working in an emergency. This can reduce the loss of production to the greatestextent. Nowadays, the research of fault diagnosis has been more mature, and with the development ofartificial intelligence technology, more and more advanced technologies are constantly applied infault diagnosis, such as neural network technology, deep learning technology and so on. This paperintroduces the development of fault diagnosis technology and its significance for electromechanicalsystem, and analyzes the key technology of fault diagnosis system.
