摘要
本文分析现代电装作业存在的库存管理、最短路径以及CAK车间生产流水线问题,建立标准化物资采购周期流程,引入GA中交叉和变异进化策略,实现现代电装作业效率提升路径算法设计。实验结果表明,设计的现代电装作业效率提升路径算法能够有效提高现代电装作业效率,加快现代电装作业进程。
This paper analyzes the problems of inventory management,shortest path and production line of CAK workshop in modern electrical installation operation,establishes the standardized material procurement cycle process,introduces the crossover and mutation evolution strategy in GA,and realizes the design of path algorithm to improve the efficiency of modern electrical installation operation.The experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively improve the efficiency of modern electrical installation and accelerate the process of modern electrical installation.
