摘要
复杂网络技术目前已经被广泛应用在现实生活中的各个领域,通过将系统表征成复杂网络可以有效提供系统的关键拓扑信息。结合基于Python实现的Flask框架搭建氨基酸网络分析平台,通过将复杂网络应用于蛋白质结构,对蛋白质结构进行网络的构建,网络性质的分析。结合Three.js以及NGL Viewer提供蛋白质结构的可视化分析,结合ECharts框架提供氨基酸网络性质的可视化分析,为研究蛋白质结构提供便利的平台。
Complex network technology has been widely used in various fields of real life.By characterizing the system as a complex network,the key topology information of the system can be effectively provided.In this paper,we build an amino acid network analysis platform based on the Flask framework based on python.By applying complex network to protein structure,we construct the network of protein structure,analyze of network properties.Three.js and NGL Viewer provides visual analysis of protein structure,Echarts framework provides visual analysis of amino acid network properties,it provides a convenient platform for the study of protein structure.
