西瓜-辣椒轮作体系AMF和PGPR防控线虫的效果 被引量:2

摘要 2017年7—10月于山东省青州市谭坊镇辣椒、西瓜设施主栽区进行田间试验,研究西瓜-辣椒轮作体系下AMF和PGPR防控线虫的效果。结果表明,单纯轮作辣椒、轮作+AMF、轮作+AMF+PGPR处理均能显著促进西瓜植株生长,增加产量,改善品质,降低根结指数、卵粒指数和病情指数。其中,轮作+AMF+PGPR为高效栽培模式,与连作相比,西瓜增产31.3%、中心糖度提高15.0%,根结线虫病情指数降低至22.66,防治效果高达59.5%。 Field experiments were conducted in the main planting area of pepper and watermelon in greenhouses of Tanfang Town,Qingzhou City,Shandong Province from July to October 2017.The effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)and plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR)on controlling nematodes of watermelon rotated with pepper were studied.The results showed that the treatments of only rotation,rotation+AMF,rotation+AMF+PGPR could significantly promote the growth of watermelon plants,increase yield and quality of watermelon,and decrease the root knot index,egg grain index and disease index.Compared with continuous cropping,the high-efficiency cultivation mode of watermelon-pepper rotation+AMF+PGPR could increase the yield of watermelon by 31.3%and increase the sugar content of watermelon center by 15.0%,but reduce the disease index of watermelon root knot nematode to 22.66 with the disease control effect up to 59.5%.
