《按粒子浓度划分的空气洁净度等级》是ISO 14644《洁净室及相关受控环境》系列标准的源头,该项标准自颁布以来,得到国际科技界广泛认同与采纳。国内通行的洁净室及相关受控环境的各项标准,都是直接或间接根据其基本原则制定的。目前国内正处于参照近年颁发的该项标准修订版进行相应标准修订的阶段。针对该项标准修订版中关于采样点数的确定方法,以及国内对该项标准修订版中某些问题的不当理解进行了讨论。

Classification of air cleanliness by particle concentration is the original source of ISO 14644 series standards of Cleanrooms and associated controlled environments.Since its publication,the standard has been widely recognized and adopted by the international scientific and technological experts.The domestic standards for cleanrooms and associated controlled environments are formulated directly and indirectly according to its basic principles.The domestic standards are currently being revised referring to the revised edition of ISO 14644 issued in recent years.Presents the method of determining the number of sampling locations and discusses the improper understandings of some issues in the revised edition of the standard.
