摘要
在市场竞争日益激烈的今天,从中国传统文化中寻找企业文化的精神依靠已然成为新的企业管理趋势,将两者的研究相结合,或许能在未来企业发展中提供更有效的方法论支持。针对传统道家文化思想中道法自然、天人合一、道家阴阳、中庸之道四个主要思想与服务营销策略的关联结合,通过寻找两者关联度较高的互动条件将传统文化渗入企业文化,为企业管理者身体力行地学习道家文化并应用于企业管理之中进而营造整体企业文化氛围提供新的思路。
In today's increasingly fierce market competition,finding the spiritual dependence of corporate culture from traditional Chinese culture has become a new trend in corporate management.Combining the research of the two may provide more effective methodological support in future corporate development..Aiming at the integration of the four main ideas of traditional Taoist cultural thoughts of Taoism and Nature,the Unity of Nature and Man,Taoism Yin and Yang,and the Doctrine of the Mean with the service marketing strategy,the traditional culture can be infiltrated into the enterprise by looking for interactive conditions with a high degree of correlation between the two.Culture provides new ideas for corporate managers to learn Taoist culture and apply it to corporate management to create an overall corporate cultural atmosphere.
