摘要
现代中国人力资源管理的实践模式,主要有两种,一种是源于欧美的人力资源管理模式,另一种即基于员工评价的人才发展体系。后者以员工评价为基础,开展招聘、评优、绩效、调薪、培训(含轮岗)、晋升(或降级、降职)、调岗(或辞退)等7项常见的人员管理,且这7项人员管理又互相关联、互为支撑。本文综合分析当前中国企业在员工评价中的普遍性问题,旨在为构建基于员工评价的人才发展体系,打好理论基础和认知基础。
There are two main practical models of human resource management in modern China.One is the human resource management model derived from Europe and the United States,and the other is the talent development system based on employee evaluation.The latter is based on employee evaluation and carries out 7 common personnel management including recruitment,evaluation,performance,salary adjustment,training(including rotation),promotion(or demotion,demotion),transfer(or dismissal),and These 7 personnel management are interrelated and mutually support each other.This article comprehensively analyzes the current common problems in the evaluation of employees in Chinese companies,and aims to lay a good theoretical and cognitive foundation for the construction of a talent development system based on employee evaluation.
