应用型财务管理专业实践教学体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of Practical Teaching System of Applied Financial Management Specialty

实践教学在应用型本科院校中越来越受到重视,尤其对于财务管理专业。本文首先利用问卷调查法针对本地区地方性大中小企事业单位对财会人员素质要求,本校财务管理学生对于实践需求等多方面进行实地调研,分析财务管理专业实践教学现状及存在的问题。进而提出构建基于校企合作的包含基础实践、课内实践、实训实践、毕业实践在内的“四位一体”实践教学体系,并从构建思路、构建内容、保证措施等方面提出相关建议。

Practice teaching is getting more and more attention in applied undergraduate colleges,especially for the major of financial management.This article first uses the questionnaire survey method to focus on the quality requirements of the local large,medium and small enterprises and institutions in the area,and the financial management students of the school conduct field investigations on practical needs and other aspects,and analyze the current situation and existing problems of financial management professional practice teaching.It then proposes to build a“four-in-one”practice teaching system based on school-enterprise cooperation,including basic practice,in-class practice,practical training,and graduation practice,and puts forward relevant suggestions in terms of constructing ideas,constructing content,and ensuring measures.
