财经类高校实验班创新人才培养模式教学满意度评价研究 被引量:1

Research on Instructional Satisfaction Assessment for Innovative Talent Cultivation Model in Experimental Classes at Financial Universities

摘要 本文以南京审计大学为例,对“学历教育+国际执业资格教育”为特色的特色国际项目、“中外合作办学”“产教合作办学”与“互联网+专业”等4种实验班创新人才培养模式教学满意度进行五维量表问卷调查,经过信效度检验,结合因子分析方法对满意度进行综合评价及影响因素分析。结果显示,学生对实验班创新人才培养教学的期望值较高,学生对实验班教学满意度总体评价为基本满意,学生满意度水平与期望差距较大。进一步分析得到,4种模式实验班的教学满意度差异也较大,影响满意度的重要因素是课堂教学质量。基于此,根据教学满意度各维度分析,提出相应建议。 Taking Nanjing University of Auditing as an example,this article carries out five-dimensional questionnaire survey for student satisfaction assessment of four experimental classes including“characteristic international projects featuring academic education and international qualification education”,“Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools”,“industrial-educational cooperative education”,and“Internet+major”.After reliability and validity test,instructional satisfaction is evaluated and influencing factors are analyzed by factor analysis method.The results show that students have higher expectations for the teaching of innovative talents in the experimental class,students are generally satisfied with the overall satisfaction,the gap between the level of student satisfaction and expectations is large.After further analysis,the differences in the satisfaction of the four model experimental classes is larger,an important factor affecting satisfaction is the classroom teaching quality.Based on this,several corresponding suggestions for enhancement of student satisfaction level are put forward.
