摘要 为了提高A356铝合金表面的耐磨性能,在其表面通过等离子喷涂技术制备了过共晶铝-硅合金Al-25Si涂层,用金相显微镜.XRD,SEM和MM-200磨损试验机等对基体和涂层的组织和性能进行对比分析测试。结果表明;制备的Al-25Si涂层比A356铝合金基体的硬度提高了一倍多,耐磨性得到了很大的改善;基体的磨损机制为严重的粘着磨损,Al-25Si涂层的磨损机制主要以磨粒磨损为主,还有少量的粘着磨损。因此,在A356铝合金表面制备A1-25Si涂层可以显著提高其耐磨性。 In order to improve the wear resistance of A356 aluminum alloy surface,hyper-eutectic Al-25Si alloy coating was prepared by plasma spraying technology.Metallographicmicroscope,XRD,SEM and MM-200 wear tester were used to analyze and test the micro-structure and properties of the substrate and coating.The results show that the hardness ofthe prepared Al-25Si coating is more than twice that of A356 aluminum alloy substrate,andthe wear resistance is also greatly improved.The wear mechanism of the substrate is seriousadhesive wear,and the wear mechanism of Al-25Si coating is mainly abrasive wear and asmall amount of adhesive wear.Therefore,Al-25Si coating on A356 aluminum alloy surfacecan significantly improve its wear resistance.
