新医改背景下基层医疗改革研究热点分析

Literature analysis on research hotspots of grassroots medical reform under the background of new health reform

目的分析当前基层医疗改革的研究现状、研究热点以及前沿趋势,为未来进一步深入研究基层医疗改革奠定基础和提供参考价值。方法使用Citespace 5.6 R2软件,以"基层医疗改革"为主题词,对中国知网(CNKI)上2009-2020年的477篇文献进行可视化分析。结果目前学者们对我国基层医疗改革的研究热点集中在基层医改的问题与对策、综合配套改革以及分级诊疗和医联体的建设三个方面,研究前沿主要是与基层医疗改革相关的分级诊疗体系构建、医联体建设和供给侧结构性改革研究。结论国内关于基层医疗改革的研究较分散、研究范围也较广阔,但研究的前沿趋势较集中。未来还应进一步拓展研究机构的外延,推进学科和研究机构的交叉合作,继续开展促进基层医疗改革的理论研究以及探索基层医疗改革的新模式。

Objective To analyze the current status, hotspots and trends of researches on grassroots health reform, so as to lay foundation and provide reference for further in-depth research on grassroots health reform in the future. Methods The software Citespace 5.6 R2 was used to visually analyze 477 literatures from 2009 to 2020 on CNKI with the theme of "grass-roots health reform". Results At present, the scholars’ research focuses were on the problems and strategies of health reform in grassroots health institutions, comprehensive supporting reform, hierarchical medical services and health alliance construction. The research frontiers were mainly related to grassroots health reform including the establishment of hierarchical medical system, construction of health alliance and supply-side structural reform. Conclusions The researches on grassroots health reform in China are scattered and the research scope is broad, but the frontier trends of the researches are concentrated. In the future, the extension of research institutions should be further expanded, interdisciplinary cooperation between disciplines and research institutions should be promoted, theoretical researches promoting grassroots health reform should be carried out, and new models of grassroots health reform should be explored.
